Things to note

• Minimum 3 nights.
• 25% of rental required to secure the booking unless less than six weeks before start of your stay, in which case the full price is to be paid.
• Full payment to be made no later than six weeks before holiday start date.
• £150 returnable damage deposit to be paid with the final balance.
• All payments to be made in pounds sterling.
• Cleaning fee to be paid with final balance ( we will send details when booking).
• Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am - ask if these can be extended (subject to availability).
• Additional fees may be payable if you are using a non-sterling bank account (overseas).
